Kettlebell Workshop Nov. 1


November 1, 2008 we will be holding a Kettlebell Workshop in Frisco, TX at our Full Throttle Athletics facility.

In workshops we explain, demo and you learn the 6 Basic Kettlebell Exercises.

The Kettlebell Swing
The Kettlebell Get Up
The Kettlebell Clean
The Kettlebell Press
The Kettlebell Squat
The Kettlebell Snatch

The average Kettlebell Workshop last 4-5 hours, with breaks.

Dress for activity, and bring a towel, flat soled shoes (no running shoes).



Full Throttle Boot Camp Members:
While these workshop are not required, we highly recommend them to those in our Full Throttle Boot Camp Fitness Program.

We use Kettlebell a lot and only have so much time during the camp. Learn the moves you will need to know and avoid the "deer in the headlights" moment when the camp workout of the day is explained.
